  1.  Develop new, innovative approaches to the delivery of justice in Alberta
  2. Actively pursue technological development of its business operations in order to improve access to justice to all and to meet increasing case loads and demands being made of the court
  3. Promote better knowledge of the court system internally and externally through improved communication
  4. Ensure that staffing requirements, both judicial and administrative, are met in a timely fashion and proper education and training are provided
  5. Improve court facilities where existing facilities are inadequate
