Edmonton Drug Treatment & Community Restoration Court

Judge Darlene Wong, on behalf of the EDTCRC Steering Committee asked the Edmonton Police Service (“EPS”) to prepare a report on drug abuse in Edmonton, in support of a Proposal for Federal funding support under the Canada Drug Strategy DTC Funding Program. The EPS prepared “Drugs in Edmonton, A Look at Substance Abuse” (EPS Intelligence Analysis Unit, March 2004).
